09.21 Kon Distributed Gospel Tracts To Church Members

We are grateful to continue doing what we have been doing. We have been meeting regularly on Mondays and Sundays. The church and I visited families who suffered from the flood. We went from house to house to share the Gospel and to pray for the sick. In addition, we were able to give two Bibles to two pastors and Gospel tracts to church members.

For the church, they are doing well in the grace of God. After experiencing lockdowns and difficulties for quite a while since Covid has started, people are proving to be resilient and capable of finding a new way to survive. I am so blessed to see their hearts are on fire to worship the Lord regarding the circumstances. I am thankful for all the work and blessings that God has done in their lives and in my family. It is always more than we could ever ask.

Matthew 4:1-11 is a passage we all are familiar with when Satan tried to tempt Jesus in the wilderness. As much as we know it by heart or familiarity, we should keep its teaching fresh in our minds. If the best of human beings as Adam and Eve fell, we should not consider it any less. We should be able to do well in poverty. We should be doing well in distress. We should do well in whatever life God has put us in. If we are looking for what we don’t have, we are walking down to jump off the cliff expecting that the Angel will catch us. To want what we do not have is greed, where discontentment laid its foundations. Lies and deception start from there. I share with you what I preach to myself, be content and trust that we don’t have to jump off the cliff to prove God’s ability to save us. We only need to do what Jesus did!

“Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’” ‘You shall not put the Lord your God to the test.’‘You shall worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve.’”

Prayer Requests:

Please pray that God will cause revival around the world. May God protect His people who bring His Word to the ends of the earth.

We have always been praying for God’s people in many other places that are facing a life-threatening situation. May God protect and provide what they need, that the Lord will continue to pour them grace to move on and hope to cling on.

Pray that God will use each one of us to share His Word to everyone, incredibly the sick, that they may receive salvation from the Lord just as we have.

Pray for our family and me that we will continue living in His grace and being faithful in all the things we do. May all the things we do bring Him glory. May our character be free from the love of money, and that we will live with boldness and honesty for the sake of the Gospel and for the love of the Lord.

All glory to Christ Jesus,

Kon
