Greeting to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. By the grace of God my family is well and I am serving His people. Let me share the work that God has done through me.
I would like to give thanks to God from the bottom of my heart for giving me the sound teaching over and over from HeartCry. I had no true knowledge and true doctrine before and because of that I never had the assurance of salvation and was not able to give thanks to God in every circumstance. I had in my mind that salvation is by good works. I got an opportunity to read the books The Truth About Man and The One True God by Paul Washer in my own language, which informed me that salvation, is by God’s grace through faith In Jesus Christ.
Also, I understand about the work of the Trinity in the work of salvation and was deeply moved by His Spirit. So all these truth of the Gospel has enlarged my faith in the Lord. The clear understanding of the Gospel is not only for my own growth but being has benefited my family and the local church, leading them in right doctrine and practices. It is my joy that the church is growing biblically.
Let me share about a sister, Dewmaya T. She has been attending our local church for one year. She has put her faith in the work of Christ. Her husband is not a Christian and she is beaten and badly treated by her husband many times because of being a Christian. One day, my wife and I, went to visit her to encourage her in the Lord and her husband was biting and dragging her. We saw this horrible condition of this sister and counseled her husband but he refused to listen. This is the persecution that she is getting over and over but she doesn’t want to give up her faith in Christ. Even if her husband abandons her she is willing to follow Christ. We have been encouraging her in the Lord and thank God that He is keeping her faith in Christ at this suffering. Thank God for the ministry that He has entrusted me. I am very much thankful to the HeartCry for the teaching, prayers, support, and encouragement.
