Testimony of Conversion
I am Pastor S. Rajan. I was born and brought up in a Hindu family. When I was 16 years old I had the opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I had the chance to attend a youth meeting, and it was there in that meeting, by hearing the Gospel, that I was convinced deeply to surrender my life to the Lord Jesus Christ. It was on 17 October 1991. On that day I accepted Christ as my personal Savior. I found peace and hope in my life. Then I took water baptism on 24 October 1991. When I came to the Lord, I was the first person in all the generations of my family to know Jesus Christ. I am also the first from my family to come to the Lord’s ministry.
In 1992 God called me to do His ministry. I prayed a lot about it, and God confirmed to me in many ways that He had a plan for my life. When He called me for ministry, I committed my life for His service. I went to a Bible college called Grace Bible College in Delhi where I completed the bachelor of theology course in 1996. Then I had a burden to serve God in North India, which is the most unreached region in India. I went to both North and West India as a missionary. I was in different states of North and West India as a missionary until 2003. Then, in 2004 I moved to South India and started to plant a church. I am also engaged in teaching in a Bible college. We want to reach unreached people groups for Christ and train up people for the Lord’s ministry. Pray for us that we may be used for the expansion of God’s Kingdom in this generation. I have been married for 8 years, and God has blessed us with two kids, a son and a daughter.
Yours in His Mission,
