Testimony of Conversion
My name is Htat Win. I was born on February 25, 1992. I grew up in a Christian family, so I knew God and Christianity. But I never thought about life after death. My dad left us when I was just two years old, and life seemed to be so dark during those years. But I realized in all these things God has a great plan for me.
I moved to Yangon in 2003. And in 2004, Miss Biak who was our teacher taught me about God's Salvation. And I repented my sins and put my faith on Christ. What a joy it was for me to be in the family of God. I wanted to know more about God and his plan for my life, so in the year 2009, I attended Bible School at the Biblical School of Theology.
I came to know more of God's will by studying the word of God. I received God's call in the Bible school, I have burdened to tell the Good News to the lost, and so I decided to follow him and to serve him. After finishing my course of B.Th, I prayed to the Lord that I might find where God wants me to go.
The Lord has an excellent plan for me to be a missionary. He sent me to the mission field in Tanitary Division where I have been serving the Lord for two years already. Most of the Dawei people have never heard about the Gospel. I thank God for sending me and using me in His ministry. As God loved and saved me, so He loves and wants the Dawei people to be saved. So I will be serving Him till I die.
Note: For security reasons, a pen name is used for this missionary.
