Peter is working to plant biblical churches in Germany. Throughout the week, he and his co-worker, Nathanael Armisen, are teaching, preaching and evangelizing in the streets. Peter is a member of the Reformed Baptist Church in Wetzlar (Hessen). He is married to Priscilla and the father of Josiah and Elijah.
Dear highly esteemed partners in the gospel: I am writing to you to express my deepest gratitude to those who make it possible for me to live and to serve full-time in the ministry in Frankfurt, Germany.
My little family and I (Peter, Priscilla, Josiah and Elijah) cannot thank you enough for your generous and faithful financial contributions over the years, as well as all of your prayers and encouragement. Because of your compassionate giving, I am now able to serve as a church planter and to reach numerous people for Christ in this godless city.
Thanks to you all, I can concentrate completely on praying, studying, preaching, teaching, counseling, training, and evangelizing. Be assured that we as a church plant greatly appreciate our partnership in the gospel with you. Eternity will reveal what God has done through your loving assistance.
There is no way to fully express my gratitude for your loyalty, but I trust my Lord will reward you abundantly for all the good you have done for my family and our church.
Nathanael is a church planter / pastor who serves in the area of Wetzlar/Frankfurt, Germany. His outreach includes teaching, preaching and open-air evangelism.
As a missionary and pastor in Wetzlar, Germany, I thank God for using His faithful ones. I thank God for your generosity, for your support, for your most valuable prayers, and for your devotion in the ministry of the gospel. As a young church (begun in 2009) we had to withstand strong storms that could have easily destroyed the tender church plant. Only through the support of God’s faithful people providing for the ministry, could the church continue in regular worship, in preaching the Word of God, in evangelizing, and in moving forward when the storms had quieted. God has granted the church provision through your support, and also granted us spiritual fruit and the wonder of conversion.
Now, three years later, we are beginning the process of planting a new church in Frankfurt, and we are seeing once again the gracious hand of God in granting repentance and faith to more people and adding to the number of His faithful.
I thank God for your service. I thank God for your faith. I thank God for your partnership in the gospel. I thank God for His wisdom in using and blessing His faithful ones for the glory of His great Name. May His praise spread wide in this barren country and cause overflowing thanksgiving to the one to whom belongs the earth and all that is on it.
