Marian Toma reports of encouraging a young man who is battling with sexual sin:  "A young man who is 31 years old and is physically handicapped, felt that his relationship with the Lord was not good. He told me that he had committed sexual sins every week. I talked to him and he understood that he needed to stop. We prayed together and the Lord helped him to make some progress. I keep meeting with him. He cannot get married because of his physical condition. He met a Christian girl on the ... Keep Reading

We are so grateful for your support, prayers and much love. We are still adjusting to being a family of five while being in ministry full-time. It has at times stretched us, but it is always amazing to see God’s grace come through. We are thankful for those times when the Lord shows us our sin and shapes and molds us more into the image of His Son. Please do continue praying for strength and discipline, especially to continue striving to do all things for the glory of God.... Keep Reading

Posted November 15, 2016  by: Don Currin |0 Comments

After the conference that we had on October 15th, students from Ploiesti, Oradea, Galati, and Brasov and I did personal evangelism on the campus. We made teams of two and shared the Gospel with 50 students. Ten of them wanted to talk to us again. Some students told us to leave the campus because we didn’t have any authorization and we were a sect. I met two freshmen and we talked about their worldviews. Then I asked for permission to share with them about my worldview and then shared the ... Keep Reading

Bicajans Move to Urziceni

Posted October 8, 2016  by: Don Currin |0 Comments

After we returned from the camp, we began to pack our luggage and move our furniture to Urziceni. We were amazed to see how many things we had to transfer to our new home. We hoped that we don’t move again soon. Knowing that we have made this step for God’s glory helped us to go through all inconveniences associated with moving our residence. The hardest thing for us was to say good bye to our church. Our lives are connected with the church in Fieni and we had to pay a price in order... Keep Reading

The month of August was designated for the local ministry. I have not travelled, as more things had to be done in Brasov. We made good progress with the construction of the HeartCry Center in Brasov. We reached the final stage for the resistance structure, and walls, and slowly move to insulations, and interiors. There are also lots of things on the plumming system, the electrical, and the heating system. All seem to go well, although at times there is much challenge. We have great opportunitie... In August we took our children in two camps where we had Christian activities and also places where I was able to preach the Word of God and to share with our brothers in Christ about the ministry in Sulina. In Sulina I met a man named Silviu, a forme Police officer. He was ready now for retirement. We began talking about saving faith and he told me that he has a New Testament in his home. He said also that he actually has read the whole New Testament and he want now to see me again and talk ab... Keep Reading
